PersonalThrows Q3-Q4 Email Newsletters
During my time with OneHum, I designed several promotional emails to appeal to returning customers for repeat business, and to new customers for general marketing purposes. This was done through the company’s Mailchimp account, utilizing graphics and body copy created by me.
The Q3 through Q4 of 2017 saw some very interesting designs.

The movie adaptation of It released in 2017, and was fresh on my mind. During this time, I had a conversation with a marketing specialist that had joined our team about potential sales and promotions, and made a joke to them about doing one for the movie's release (I also disclosed I was joking for clarity). To my shock, they liked the idea and wanted to move forward with it and got it approved by management. So, anyway, I ended up making this email and every graphic in it.
We had implemented a design tool on PersonalThrows earlier in the year, and with Halloween coming up management thought that the ability to make their own doormats for the holiday. I also created the doormat examples shown in the email. I can candidly admit the witch one is my favorite.
This was centered around the 2017 eclipse, dubbed the "Great American Eclipse" by some media. This was very much a shot in the dark in terms of looking for an occasion for a sale to take place, but it did surprisingly well on conversions.
This was just a run-of-the-mill clearance sale we had during the gap between Memorial Day and Halloween.
